Every pool we build gets the same attention at every stage - not just the parts people see when it's done. Right now we're in the middle of laying the cement base along the pool wall, and this step is one of the most important ones in the whole build.

Here's the thing about waterline tile - it's one of the first things your eye goes to when you look at a finished pool. If the base underneath it isn't perfectly flat, straight, and level, the tile won't be either. There's no fixing that later without tearing things apart. So we get it right the first time.

That means using a straight edge and a level at every section of the wall, checking and rechecking as the cement sets. It's hands-on, methodical work. Not glamorous, but it's exactly the kind of detail that separates a pool that looks sharp for decades from one that looks off after the first season.

We take the same approach across the entire build - from the shotcrete shell to the coping to the final finish. Every layer has to earn the one that goes on top of it. That's how we build pools at Bradshaw Landscaping, and it's not something we're willing to cut corners on.

The details that don't show in the finished photos are usually the ones that matter most. A great-looking pool isn't just about the tile you choose or the finish color - it's about what's underneath all of it holding everything together.
