I went into this project with Brian ready to put my hard hat on and hover. Turns out, Brian and his team completely ruined my plans to micromanage. Brian was frustratingly good at his job—proactive, easy to reach, and he caught the tiny details before I even had a chance to point them out. I’ve already recommended him to family, and honestly, I can't imagine using anyone else. If you want a contractor who actually does what they say they’re going to do (a rare species, I know), hire Bradshaw.
